2008年毕业于兰州大学物理学国家基础科学人才培养基地,获理学学士学位;2011月获兰州大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位;2011年10月获日本国文部省奖学金赴日本国立琦玉大学留学攻读博士学位;在日本从事博士后研究2年后回国任教,被兰州大学聘为副教授。讲授本科《半导体物理学》和专业硕士必修课《工程伦理》课程。主要从事半导体物理及光电器件方向的研究工作,具体有新型晶硅太阳能电池器件制备、半导体光电器件表面界面工程、透明导电聚合物材料开发改性等。2019年获中华人民共和国人社部“高层次留学人才”归国资助。目前任兰州大学日本校友会理事、SCI期刊《Energies》杂志太阳能和光伏系统领域编委。

目前主持各类项目3项,其中国家自然科学基金1项、企业横向项目子课题1项、中央高校基本科研业务项目1项。
