李亚丽,副教授,硕士生导师。分别于2000年及2003年获得兰州大学半导体物理学士及凝聚态物理硕士学位,2007年获日本埼玉大学工学博士学位。2007年4月进入住友化学株式会社情报电子化学品研究所从事液晶显示器的光学部件研发工作。2010年1月加入南洋理工大学电气与电子工程系并与新加坡科学与发展局微电子所合作开展纳米太阳电池的研究工作。2011年12月至2021年6月在兰州大学物理科学与技术学院微电子研究所从事教学科研工作。2021年6月至今在兰州大学材料与能源学院从事教学科研工作。先后主讲本科生《普通物理》,《医用物理学》及微电子科学与工程专业《半导体物理学》课程。指导学术学位及专业学位研究生十数人,指导的硕士学位论文被评为兰州大学2019-2020学年度优秀硕士学位论文。

先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金及横向项目等,参与国家自然基金1项。
