王琦,教授,博士生导师。2004年毕业于兰州大学物理系,获理学学士学位,2009年毕业于兰州大学,受兰州大学与中科院兰化所联合培养,获凝聚态物理博士学位。2011年至2014年在日本国家物质材料研究机构(NIMS) M. Aono和T. Hasagawa教授课题组从事博士后研究工作。最近十多年一直从事类脑人工智能器件、系统及真空涂层的研发工作。
主持了半导体信息材料与器件方向国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大研发计划等国家自然基金4项、其他国家级项目1项、甘肃省自然科学基金重点项目1项、教育部博士点基金1项。另外,承担了中船重工等企业委托横向。
长期招收相关方向博士后及青年研究员。
