男,汉族,中共党员,清洁能源材料与器件研究所所长。在兰州大学分别获得学士和博士学位后留校任教,先后被聘为副教授、教授和博导。随后在美国华盛顿大学、韩国首尔国立大学、香港科技大学和中国科学院半导体研究所以博士后和访问学者身份开展科研工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、甘肃省自然科学基金重大项目和企业多项横向课题等。已在已在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Adv. Sci.等国际权威期刊上发表高水平SCI论文120余篇,引用5000余次,H因子接近50,获授权中国专利20余项,被聘为《eScience》、《Energy&Environmental Materials》、《Rare Metals》、《Nano Research Energy》、《盐湖研究》和《甘肃科学学报》期刊编委,国际知名期刊审稿人和仲裁人,以及国家自然科学基金委员会通讯评议专家和教育部学位中心评议专家。曾受邀多次在国内外重要学术会议上做特邀报告。任省级科研创新团队负责人,中科院深圳先进技术研究院客座研究员,中国物理学会半导体物理专业委员会委员,中国化工学会化工新材料委员会委员,甘肃省新能源协会储能专业委员会副主任,甘肃省材料学会理事,甘肃省机械工程学会热处理与表面工程分会理事等。
研究工作聚焦二次电池电极反应的动力学过程、电极材料的改性与性能提升、相关储能机理研究,及电极材料规模化制备,涉及锂离子和钠离子电池正极材料。同时团队也开展电催化材料的可控设计及机理研究、燃料电池的制备与性能探究,涉及锌空气电池和质子交换膜燃料电池。在基础研究方面:针对商业化二次电池正极材料在充放电过程中不可逆相变导致结构损坏、容量和循环稳定性衰减关键科学问题,通过调控电子结构和修饰表面化学环境等策略(元素掺杂、表面化学修饰、空位调节和复合结构设计)提高其比容量和循环稳定性,从而提高电池的能量密度和循环寿命;在应用开发方面:独立开发出了一款可满足市场需求的高容量、长寿命钠离子电池层状氧化物正极材料,实验室已经实现公斤级材料的制备,后期通过中试实现量产。并实现了多项专利的成果转化。
