男,汉族,河南郾城人,中共党员,博士,教授,博导。现任材料与能源学院副院长、兰州大学隆基未来技术研究院执行院长。入现职前分别在日本埼玉大学(2006.10–2008.09)、新加坡南洋理工大学(2008.09–2012.03)及新加坡科技发展局微电子研究所(2008.12–2009.12)从事太阳电池相关研究工作。目前的主要研究方向包括新型太阳电池的器件物理、结构设计和原型器件开发,新型半导体材料/结构和相关器件等。迄今,在国际电子器件顶级会议IEEE International Electron Devices Meeting (IEDM)、国际重要科技期刊Small、Applied Physics Letters、Optics Letters、IEEE Electron Device Letters等发表科技论文160余篇。同时,应出版商Springer-Verlag等的邀请撰写书目章节2章。
主要学术兼职:中国科学院近代物理研究所和兰州化学物理研究所兼职博导、中国微米纳米技术学会青年工作委员会委员、甘肃省科学技术奖励评审委员会委员等。
1、系统研究了半导体亚波长结构与可见光的相互作用,提出了高性能光管理结构的一般性设计方法,为新型光电原型器件(太阳电池等)的实现提供理论指导,并开展了部分原型器件的研发工作。
2、提出了在光伏器件活性层中构筑电子、空穴“桥”的概念,实现载流子收集效率的提升从而提高器件性能。
3、开发了一系列潜在性价比高、基于晶硅的肖特基结太阳电池。
4、开发了一系列基于多元过渡金属硫化物的高综合性能水系超级电容器(能量密度大于110 Wh kg–1)。
5、开发出了一种微纳金刚石薄膜的简易制备及原位掺杂方法,相关材料可用于导热或冷场发射。
