张稚雅,2004年毕业于兰州大学物理学院并取得理学学士学位。2009年毕业于兰州大学物理学院并取得工学博士学位。现为兰州大学材料与能源学院副教授、硕士研究生导师。2018年3月至2019年3月在美国犹他大学材料科学与工程系从事低维材料第一性原理模拟研究,2011年9月至2012年8月在韩国世宗大学石墨烯研究中心从事元素掺杂石墨烯的实验与理论模拟研究。已发表SCI论文50多篇,获得授权专利1项,主持国家自然基金1项、甘肃省自然科学基金2项、其他项目5项,参与完成国家级和省级项目多项。
